Sure... Microsoft designed both their platforms the way they did for a reason. The 360's architecture is modeled after the PC's so they could double release titles and later on build cross platform games lol.
The PC market is made up of people that game on PC's regardless why not make money off of two platforms?

Yep Microsoft does not compete with itself thats why people speaking from the perspective/context of the console market, they say 360 exclusive when a game is actually Microsoft exclusive(PC/360).
PC gamers are going to game on PC and console gamers are going to definitely stay/game on consoles.

360 fans don't have much to be peeded off about. The sudden explosion of ps3 fans becoming PC gamers lately makes more sense ;) Only a ps3 fan can twist a game being console exclusive into something like * 360 fans are more angry than the fans wishing they had it* I think it has more to with PS3 fanboys knowing they can't play this on their inferior console hence why it's not on PS3.

Where on N4G? no one cares about this game outside places like N4G the games didn't even do that well in sales. I think 360 fans have their own open world games they are waiting for.
